- Refunds for ready-to-ship items will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Refunds for made-to-order items are issued as store credit. Store credits are valid for 12 months and redeemable online or in any COYU store. Use it in one go or across multiple purchases-full-price, discounted, or sale-with no minimum spend and stackable with other promotions.
